The administration of SST knew the importance of choosing a Construction Manager who could work safely and professionally in an operating school. That’s why they chose Eckman.

Virtually every inch of the school’s 100,000 square feet was renovated and updated. Multiple phases of work allowed the Eckman team to turn over each area as it was completed, and then isolate the next area to be renovated.

A new 12,000 square-foot Automotive Technologies building was constructed, with a 12-bay auto repair facility, office space, and 2 classrooms.
