Eckman Construction was started in New Hampshire in 1974. Its principals have guided the evolution of Eckman Construction, as the company has become a major presence in the northern New England construction industry. The company is skillfully led by CEO Mark Walsh and Vice President John Deloia.

Mark started at Eckman as a Project Manager in 1984.His expertise developed over three decades is apparent as he steers the progress of every project. Mark’s oversight contributes to a smooth process and results in positive outcomes. As the leader of the firm, Mark focuses on strategic initiatives that continue to improve the services we offer our clients and promote a culture of excellence. Originally from Colebrook, Mark still enjoys spending time in the North Country of New Hampshire and Vermont.

John has been with Eckman since 1998. He professes to enjoy the problem solving and logistics that contribute to completing complex projects on sometimes-tight schedules. John is usually the first person to arrive at the Eckman office early every morning—just one example of the strong work ethic he applies to every project. Since his promotion to Vice President in 2010, John has used his knack for organizing and ability to see the ‘big picture’ to the benefit of all of Eckman’s projects in both pre-construction and construction.
