We then serve as the owner’s representative with the architect, engineers, trades, and suppliers– streamlining the process for our clients. This turn-key service removes the hassle of selecting and contracting with multiple firms to take a project from concept to completion and reduces design time–helping construction to get underway more quickly.

Eckman does not use in-house designers, but instead will team with architects and engineers from area firms that offer design expertise that best meet our client’s needs. We have established excellent working relationships with numerous design firms. This approach ensures that each client has the most qualified team working together to advance their project.

We will provide regular cost estimating updates that help inform design decisions while providing value-engineering options for consideration at every stage of design development. Eckman project team members will manage the local approval and permitting process. We will share the results of our competitive subcontractor bidding process with the project owner and involve them in the final selection of all building trades. Our experience has shown us that this transparent, open-book approach results in a smooth construction phase with very few change orders.
