When ground was broken on Bowman Place at Olde Bedford in October of 2019, it would’ve been difficult to predict the unforeseen challenges that the Covid-19 pandemic could present in just months. Personnel issues, material availability and costs, and safety measures could’ve easily derailed construction.
The project never missed a beat. Despite a number of hurdles that could have slowed the process, the three-story, 95,000-square-foot, 105-apartment assisted living complex on Old Bedford Road built by Eckman Construction, of Bedford, was completed over a month early.
