Project Description
Eckman provided construction management services for 15,300 sf of additions (2) and renovations to the Spaulding Academy and Family Services primary school building.
The expansion features a new commercial kitchen and dining area, as well as new classroom, innovation, office, and treatment rooms. Additional project features include a new leach field and electrical service upgrades.
Spaulding Academy & Family Services offers year-round, comprehensive special educational services for students with emotional and behavioral disorders in grades K-8 and students with neurobehavioral disorders from kindergarten to age 21.
