The 53,000 square-foot medical office building and the attached 170,000 square-foot parking structure were constructed on the Elliot Hospital campus, adjacent to an existing railroad line. The project also included a 200’ long elevated walkway, connecting the 5th level of the adjacent parking garage to the medical office building.

The five-level parking structure was constructed simultaneously with the office building. It consists of precast concrete double T’s, columns and shear walls. Two elevators were installed at each end of the 300 foot structure, as well as sprinkler stand pipes for fire protection.

Excavation involved unsuitable materials, compressible materials and a large amount of ledge. It was constructed in close proximity to the existing hospital building without affecting ongoing operations.
